Over the past few years, Tintisha have been working with LSIS (formely Centre for Excellence) to develop a work-based learning toolkit for leaders and managers. The toolkit is SCORM compliant, and sits within the LSIS Moodle website. Being SCORM compliant, the toolkit is not only highly accessible, but also enables users to save and revisit content such as notes and activities. Moodle also tracks their progress using the toolkit; marking modules as complete, part complete or unvisited.

Tintishas job is to develop the toolkit, creating new and exciting activities (Flash based, Interactive PDFs, Javascript, Word & Excel), introducing new ways to present text based content, and making sure the toolkit continues to function alongside new technologies.new browsers, operating systems and browser plugins).

In January 2009, the WBL toolkit was awarded a Bett Award in the 'Leadership and Management Solutions' category, not only recognising the hard work of LSIS and the content writers, but also the accessibility, ease of use and unrivalled level of interactivity found within the toolkit.
